Q: When will I receive the money when I perform a cash redemption?
A: If the transaction is performed by the calendar month, you will receive the funds in your bank account on the 15th or 16th of the following month.

Q: Is there a limit on how many times I can redeem cash?
A: As long as you have the required points, redemptions are not limited.

Q: Can I change my account name that is registered in Network Plus?
A: You are not allowed to change your name in Network Plus. Your legal name should be used, and it must match the name on your bank account.

Q: Can I change my referrer after I have already entered it during sign-up?
A: The referrer cannot be changed once it has been set.

Q: If I decide to cancel my account, how do I do it and what will happen?
A: You can cancel your account on the settings page. All information, including your points and transaction history, will be permanently deleted.

Q: Will my points expire?
A: Your earned points do not expire.

Q: Why can I see my new referee, but I did not receive the referral points?
A: Referral points are only allocated after the payment has been acknowledged by our admin staff.
